Tomorrow at dawn is the start of Misa De Gallo. It's of one Filipino's tradition. We are going to attend the mass. I hope not to get sleepy there while listening to the homily. Every after mass church goers buy the famous food. It's puto bumbong and bibingka. Are you going to attend the mass? How long have been attending Misa De Gallo? Have you completed the 9 mornings? i'm envious! i wanna go simbang gabi but my work starts at 4am. tsk tsk tsk tsk...
i used to go simbang gabi before, and enjoy the freshness of the new morning with it's coolness with a hot sikwate and puto, and the blessings of God.

I completed the 9 mornings two years ago. I often look forward to the bibingka and puto bumbong, that's why I have the energy to wake up early. Nowadays, I try to attend the anticipated mass in the evenings so I do not have to wake up the next day. :)
@Spife, me too I completed the 9 mornings for 3 consecutive years. Misa De Gallo wouldn't be complete without bibingka and puto bumbong.hehe
Some of my friends attend the evening mass too.
